First, sign up here to check that we are available to service your home. Within one business day, we’ll contact you to find out more and answer any questions. We will also arrange to pick up keys for your premise if necessary.

Why does WKLY need my keys and where are they kept? 2017-06-29T21:09:40+11:00

WKLY achieves its promise of giving you back your time by cleaning and handling chores while you’re working, traveling or spending time with friends and family.

The key is kept in a secure safe. Your key is only handled by your client manager on your service days.

Absolutely. Simply send us an email to hello@wkly.com.au or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment? 2017-07-02T13:06:08+11:00

We bring all our own cleaning supplies and we are more than happy to accommodate you (where possible) with any special requests.

Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Simply select the description that best describes your home and you will instantly be provided with a quote for your service.

For a small extra fee, we would be happy to offer extra services and where possible accommodate your unique requests.

This may include:

  • Ironing – we will happily iron your shirts
  • Laundry – we will sort your laundry basket and fold it, and can put it away too
  • Linen. Love fresh linen? We will change it for you weekly
  • Other cleaning services such as deep clean, window cleaning etc.

We will note your credit or debit card details at the time of booking, however we will not charge you for your service until it has been completed. We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and debit cards.

We have three levels of security in place:

  • Firstly,  our booking page is protected by RapidShare SSL.
  • Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by
  • Finally, credit card transactions are processed byStripee and layered on their own 256 bit security protocol.

In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes! The wonderful thing about the WKLY service is the relationship of trust that develops between you and your client manager. You’ll be assigned a dedicated WKLY cleaning professional who visits each week and gets to know you and your preferences better over time.

From time to time we may need to match you with a different WKLY cleaning professional.

You may cancel or alter your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without any charge. However, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled cleaning, you credit/debit card will incur a cancellation fee of $25.

WKLY is fully ensured for up to $10 million for Public Liability and $250,000 for property in care, custody and control. This allows our customers to have peace of mind to know that we can be trusted within your home.

What is the arrival window? 2017-03-05T20:56:04+11:00

Please note that if your time is a range that this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises.
